Handbook of Operations

The ELIXIR Handbook of Operations is the main source of information on ELIXIR procedures, recommendations and guidelines. The handbook is aimed for the whole ELIXIR community, including all individuals in ELIXIR Nodes, ELIXIR Hub staff, ELIXIR Board members and national funders.

Rare Diseases Infrastructure

This Study will build on recent developments across the RD community by aligning and securely interconnecting existing international infrastructures (RD-Connect, European Genome-phenome Archive (EGA), and tranSMART) with the general ELIXIR infrastructure. Tasks will develop upon services provided by ELIXIR Nodes and international standards such as those from the Global Alliance for Genomics and Health (GA4GH).

Galaxy Community Implementation Study

This Implementation Study is to establish the Galaxy ELIXIR Community to promote exchanges between the several European initiatives around the framework Galaxy. 

  • Build a comprehensive community among the developers and administrators, and
  • Collaborate with trainers and other ELIXIR Communities and platforms.
  • To hire a dedicated Community Manager to facilitate interactions and dissemination of information.

Available position for candidate to work on the 3DBIONOTES project

The National Centre for Biotechnology (CNB-CSIC) is currently looking to hire a candidate to work on the 3DBIONOTES project. 3DBIONOTES is a framework for the integration of structural and molecular biology with genomic information. The candidate will join a multidisciplinary group with a strong publication record.
