ELIXIR Director announces departure at end of the current Scientific Programme

We would hereby like to inform you that Niklas Blomberg, Director of ELIXIR since its formation in 2013, announced this week that he will be stepping down from his role at the end of 2023, coinciding with the completion of the 2019-23 Scientific Programme. Niklas leaves to take up a new opportunity, having steered ELIXIR through two successive Scientific Programmes and multiple major EU-funded projects.

General Report from the ELIXIR SAB TC, June 2023

We would hereby like to share with you the General Report from the ELIXIR Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) TC, which took place on 21 June. The Report, which includes the SAB's recommendations from topics discussed at the meeting will be presented to the ELIXIR Board for its consideration at its next meeting, which will take place from 30-31 October in Barcelona, Spain.
