The ELIXIR 2019-23 Financial Plan accompanies the ELIXIR 2019-23 Programme, which details the strategic objectives, scientific roadmaps and expected deliverables for ELIXIR.
The Financial Plan contains a brief summary of the associated resources and financial requirements for the period of 2019-2023. A mid-term review in 2021 will provide an opportunity to assess the Financial Plan against the progress towards the Programme objectives.
