The event marked the ratification of the ELIXIR Consortium Agreement and the formal launch of ELIXIR as Europe's sustainable research infrastructure for biological data.
The day began with a private Founding Ceremony for ELIXIR Member States before opening into a public event on ELIXIR and Open Data.
