The ELIXIR webinar to present the integration of de.NBI cloud with ELIXIR AAI takes place this week on Wednesday 7 March at 14.00 CET

ELIXIR cited as a good practice example in a report by ESFRI Innovation Working group (page 85).

Gary Saunders and Sirarat Sarntivijai joined the ELIXIR Hub last week. Sirarat (sirarat.sarntivijai@elixir-europe.org) will work as the ELIXIR Interoperability Platform Coordinator, Garry (gary.saunders@elixir-europe.org) takes the post of ELIXIR of Human Data Coordinator.

ELIXIR Compute Platform organises ELIXIR AAI training to help Node services providers to integrate their services to ELIXIR AAI. 24-25 April, Munich, Germany.

Registration open for the Workshop Applying bioinformatics and data science competency frameworks to ELIXIR Training, 5-6 April 2018, Amsterdam. The workshop is aimed at experts in defining and applying competency bioinformatics and data science frameworks.

GBI/ELIXIR/EuBI/NEUBIAS are jointly organizing a hackathon on image analysis training material re-usability, 14-15 May at the University of Cambridge, UK. Deadline for registration is today!

The Galaxy Community invites all ELIXIR members to their Galaxy User Conference in Freiburg on 15-16 March, collocated with ELIXIR Galaxy Community kick-off meeting on 14 March.

The 3rd European Conference on Translational Bioinformatics (ECTB) will take place in Barcelona on 16-17 April 2018. Registration is now open.
