You can track our advance on compiling COVID-19 projects by accessing our shared document that includes all services and initiatives from the Nodes.

ELIXIR Belgium sets up best practices for SARS-CoV-2 data analysis

The Node has set best practices for Genomics, Evolution, and Cheminformatics to use open source tools and public cyberinfrastructure for transparent, reproducible analyses of viral datasets.

ELIXIR CZ helps create an epidemiological model of the pandemic

The Czech Node is collaborating with the Institute of Health Information and Statistics of the Czech Republic to create epidemiological models.

ELIXIR ES launches a COVID-19 tool for the 3DBIONNOTES-WS

The Spanish Node has created a 3DBIONOTES-COVID19 tool for the study of antiviral targets and the visualisation and annotation of SARS-CoV-2 protein structures

With Aravind Venkatesan, from EMBL-EBI we discussed one of the main goals of the Data Platform how we can explore the links between biological data from ELIXIR Data Resources.

Last month, the RDA 15th Plenary was converted into an online meeting to substitute the planned F2F event. ELIXIR's RDA group kept representing our Research Infrastructure during the online version.
