Success for the first CAKUT pathway curation workshop
On the 4 February, ELIXIR-NL hosted their first online pathway curation workshop; 12 researchers from Canada, France, Germany, Israel, UK, USA and the Netherlands joined the workshop.
Within the rare disease portal of WikiPathways they created a group of Congenital Anomalies of the Kidney and Urinary Tract (CAKUT). It was a successful meeting, showing that modelling specialists collaborate best with domain experts to create pathways for data analysis.
