Call to action share your Node's industry activities

We are planning on having a section on the industry webpages with a map (similar to the COVID-19 activities in Nodes map) listing industry engagement projects of ELIXIR Nodes.

These could be industry engagement schemes, activities, projects, or maybe an industry relevant service you want to promote.

Different mutations in SARS-CoV-2 associate with severe and mild outcome

An ELIXIR Hungary paper

Genomic alterations in a viral genome can lead to either better or worse outcome and identifying these mutations is of utmost importance. Here, we correlated protein-level mutations in the SARS-CoV-2 virus to clinical outcome. We demonstrate that mutations in the viral genes may have a direct correlation to clinical outcome.
