ELIXIR-UK | ViralLink: New integrated workflow to identify key pathways in SARS-CoV-2 infected cells

ELIXIR-UK members from the Earlham Institute, alongside colleagues from the Quadram Institute, have published a new workflow that enables the identification of key proteins and interactions in SARS-CoV-2 infected cells. This new tool is easily scalable, open to all and suitable for research into any viral infection.

EU to invest 150 million for research to counter coronavirus variants

EU has just launched a new effort, the HERA Incubator. 150 million will be invested in research to counter coronavirus variants. It will support a long-term plan for Health Emergency Preparedness Research Authority (HERA).
Amongst other aims, it will reinforce the ELIXIR CONVERGE project and the European COVID-19 Data Platform.
