ELIXIR Handbook of Operations

A revised Handbook of Operations is now available online, providing a comprehensive overview and directory of ELIXIR policies, guidelines, recommendations and related procedures.

ELIXIR-related papers published in July and August!

ELIXIR colleagues involved in the "EU-STANDS4PM consortium contributed to the article "Towards standardization guidelines for in silico approaches in personalized medicine".

ELIXIR Luxembourg published "COVID-19 Research: Navigating the European General Data Protection Regulation.

Two ELIXIR-related grants (ELIXIR-EXCELERATE and EOSC-Life) were acknowledged in this article led by ELIXIR Italy and entitled ELIXIR-IT HPC@CINECA: high performance computing resources for the bioinformatics community.

ELIXIR-LU will host ELIXIR-FI to run its Single cell RNA-seq data analysis with Chipster course. The course will held online on 27-28 October. Registration is free but compulsory.

New tool from ELIXIR AAI

ELIXIR AAI task has deployed as simple tool that any ELIXIR ID holder, including relying service developers, can use to view their GA4GH Passport. The tool can be used via the AAI website.

Roadmap for Plant Sciences

The ELIXIR Plant Sciences Community has made their 2019-23 Roadmap available for comments. Please provide feedback by Friday, 13 November.
