New extension to the MOLGENIS suite

The MOLGENIS suite has been extended with Armadillo. The Armadillo suite can be used by data stewards to share datasets on a server. Researchers can then analyse these datasets and datasets shared on other servers using the DataSHIELD analysis tools.

The cohorts within the LifeCycle, Athlete, Longitools and IPEC networks have been installed. These networks have been developed with a single sign on via the ELIXIR-AAI platform. This means that researchers are able to access the platform by logging in on the ID-provider of their home institute.
