HoN Written Procedure
Based on the discussions at the Heads of Nodes TC this month, Heads of Nodes are asked to agree on the Project Plan for Commissioned Services via Written Procedure. Pending agreement, the plan will be presented to the ELIXIR Board for approval at its meeting in April and, if approved, the project will begin on 1 June 2021.
Heads of Nodes are asked to submit responses to Susanna Repo (susanna.repo@elixir-europe.org) by Thursday, 11 March.

Final Reminder! Collating content for the 2020 Annual Report
We would like to thank all the Nodes which have submitted content for the ELIXIR 2020 Annual Report.
Any Nodes wishing to submit any remaining content are encouraged to contact Xenia Perez Sitja (xenia.sitja@elixir-europe.org) by next week Monday, 1 March. The submission of content will not be possible after this date.
The 2020 Annual Report will be circulated to the ELIXIR Board in March and presented for approval at its meeting in April 2021.

Outcome report from the 2021 Request for Proposals of Community-led Implementation Studies
As noted at the Heads of Nodes TC on 4 February, the Hub has now finalised a report outlining the process and outcomes of the 2021 Request for Proposals of Community-led Implementation Studies (ELIXIRHON/2021/8). The report is presented for information only. Any feedback on the RFP process can be sent to Susanna Repo (susanna.repo@elixir-europe.org).
The seven selected Community-led Implementation Studies will now be taken to the ELIXIR Board for approval, after which, the projects are ready to begin on 1 June 2021.
The minutes from the Heads of Nodes Teleconference from 3 December are now available in the shared folder on Google Drive. We invite you to submit comments to Joana Wingender (joana.wingender@elixir-europe.org). The minutes on the confidential agenda item regarding the ELIXIR Recommended Interoperability Resources (RIR) will be circulated separately to Heads of Nodes. The minutes will be considered agreed upon on Fri, 12 March.
