Ongoing Heads of Nodes are reminded that the updated document describing the appointment process for new ExCo members has been circulated via e-mail on 25 February. Any remaining comments can sent to Jerry Lanfear (jerry.lanfear@elixir-europe.org) by Mon, 11 March. Two emerging Communities have each developed a draft strategic paper for future consideration by the Heads of Nodes and publication in the ELIXIR F1000Research channel.

The goal of the cluster project is to make sure that life-scientists can find, access and integrate life-science data for analysis and reuse in academic and industrial research. GA4GH and ELIXIR are developing a Strategic Partnership. The draft document is now available.
